how to use our MUSCLE oil:

Apply WLBK's MUSCLE oil to alleviate the discomfort of insect bites, stings, burns, aches, pains, muscle cramps and sores. Can be massaged onto the chest area to relieve chest colds and deepen breath.

This product is great applied to tight lower backs early morning when you first wake up to assist loosen things up. We also recommend using before exercise to warm up the hamstrings. Of course it's also amazing as a cool down post workout session to reduce inflammation and assist in muscle recovery.

For self massage, we suggest beginning with a hot epsom salt bath. Generously apply a small amount of WLBK's MUSCLE oil in circular motions focusing on sore muscles and joints.   This medicine oil is best used sparingly from the neck down.

Do not rinse off may be accompanied by a heating pad or ice.

Breathe deeply in through the nose and out through the mouth allowing yourself to let go, let loose and let the Higher Power bring forth healing.

This product was commissioned by my dear friend Alison whose beloved muscle oil was discontinued. We created this formulation together. She had a small amount of the previous product which I tuned into, prayed upon and then made a series of test batches.

She tried each test with feedback and I revised. One day she exclaimed, "This is it!"

We both gifted many bottles to loved ones with raving reviews and Viola a new product was born.
