Shipping policy

Please give us 1 to 7 business days (not including weekends and holidays) to receive, process and ship your love goodies, if you're within the USA. 

This small business is powered by a full time mom. In times when we are experiencing a heavy volume of orders to handle, then we ask you to allow 1 to 14 business days (not including holidays or weekends) as we custom make every product for you.

International orders could take longer due to items going through customs. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.  Please offer us patience as we prepare your products and package your order with loving care.

You will receive another email confirmation once your order is shipped. 

You may notice the shipping carrier will display during your checkout, that there is a 1 to 5 day transit time for shipments to arrive but that actually applies once we have placed your box on the truck.  You can find movement on your package from the tracking number sent to your email once your order is complete.  

If you received your tracking number but you don’t see movement on your package just yet, this is because we pre-print shipping labels to get boxes ready for shipping.  Please keep checking your tracking for movement. 

We offer free shipping for orders over $50.

We offer Local Pickup to customers who are able to pick their orders up here in our Connecticut formulary.  If you choose to pick your order up there is a 5 to 7 day wait time to allot us time to prepare, once it is ready will notify you by email and coordinate directly with the consumer. 

With love by kate, LLC is not liable for any products damaged or lost due to shipping carrier carelessness. If you received your order damaged, crushed or visibly damaged due to shipping, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.

We recommend you save all packaging materials and damaged goods and take accurate photographic proof before filing a claim.

YOU HAVE 48 HOURS FROM THE DATE OF DELIVERY TO INSPECT YOUR BOX AND NOTIFY US OF ANY ISSUES!  WE WILL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE AFTER THAT TIME!
